A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY (IX/NCIL OF %/4E CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING ~ OF SAN B~qNARD~
FRANf~{ISE LICenSE WITH ~ CABLE T.V. FCR 90 DAYS
UPON EXPIRATION OF ~ LICenSE WIHHIN q~E CITY OF
WHEREAS, the Franchise License granted to Cumcast Cable T.V. by the
County of San Ber~ardi~o and grandfathered into the City of Rancho Cucamonga
will expire on October 26, 1993 and
WHEREAS, negotiations are c~oing between the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and Comcast Cable T.V.; and
WHEREAS, all terms and conditions of the current license will
continue the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to extend the Franchise License for 90 days after the
expiration of the current County of San Bernard/no License.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1993.

hereby certify that the forgoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, at a
