A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~NGA, CALIFORNIA, EXTf]N]DING COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO
FRANCHISE LICflgSE WITH COMCAST CABLE T.V. FOR 90 DAYS
UPON EXPIRATION OF CURRflV~ LICENSE WITHIN THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA ,
WHEREAS, the Franchise License granted to Comcast Cable T.V. by the
County of San Bernardino and grandfathered into the City of Rancho Cucamonga
will expire on April 30, 1993 and
WHEREAS, negotiations are ongoing between the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and Comcast Cable T.V.; and
WHEREAS, all terms and conditions of the current license will
continue the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to extend the Franchise License for 90 days after the
expiration of the current County of San Bernardino License.
PASSfD, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1993.
