A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CAT.TFORNIA, EXT~qDING COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO
FRANCHISE LICenSE WITH ~ CABLE T.V. FOR 90 DAYS
UPON EXPIRATION OF CURR~ LICenSE WITHIN THE CITY OF
WHEREAS, the Franchise License granted to ~ Cable T.V. by the
County of San Bernardino and grandfathered into the City of Rancb~ Cucamonga
will expire on January 30, 1993 and
WHEREAS, negotiations are ongoing between the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and Omncast Cable T.V.; and
WHEREAS, all terms and conditions of the current license will
continue the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to extend the Franchise License for 90 days after the
expiration of the current County of San Bernardino License.
