WH~IEAS, the Franchise .License granted to C~x~st Cable T.V. by the
County of San Bernard/no and gramlfathered into the City of Rancho
will expire o~ ~ 2, 1992; and
WH~tEAS, nec3otiations are c~oing between the City of Rancho
~ and Cnm~t Cable T.V.; and
WH~I~EAS, all terms and conditions of the current license will
NOW, TH~IEFORE, the City Council of the City of ~ CUc~ does
hereby resolve to extend the Frar~ License for 90 days after the
expiratic~ of the current County of San Bernardino License.
