UPf~ EXPIRATION OF CURR~T LICenSE ~ ~HE CITY OF
WHEREAS, the Francb~ License granted to C~m~ast Cable T.V. by the
Ccunty of San B~ and grandfathered into the City of Rancho Cucamonga
will expire on August 4, 1992; and
~AS, negotiations are ongoing between the City of Rancho
Oacamon~a and Om~cast Cable T.V.; and
WBEREAS, all terms and conditions of the current license will
NC~, ~EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to extend the Franchise License f~r 90 days after the
expiration of the current County of San Bernardino Li~_nse.
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 22nd day of July 1992.
