FRAN~{[SE LIC~qSE WITH OC{4CAST CABLE T.V. FOR 90 DAYS
UPC~ EXPIRATION OF Ct~RHIqT LIC~qSE WITHIN THE CITY OF
WHEREAS, the Franc~ License granted to Comcast Cable T.V. by the
County of San Be~ and grandfathered into the City of Rancho Cucamonga
will expire on May 6, 1992; and
WHEREAS, negotiations are ongoing between the City of Rancho
Cucamc~z3a and Ocxncast _r~__h_le T.V.; and
WHEREAS, all terms and conditions of the current license will
NOW, TfD~J~%E, the City Ccuncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to extend the Franchise License for 90 days after the expira-
tion of the current County of San Berna~ License.
