A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

FRANC~IISE LIC~I~SE ~ rE,CAlf CABLE T.V. FUR 90 DAYS
UPON EXPIRATION OF CURR~ LICenSE WITHIN THE CITY OF
WHEREAS, the Franc2Lise License granted to Cc~cast Cable T.V. by the
County of San Bernardino and grandfathered into the City of Rancho Cucamonga
will expire on May 10, 1991; and
WHEREAS, negotiations are ongoing between the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and Comcast Cable T.V.; and
WHEREAS, all terms and conditions of the current license will
continue the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to extend the Franchise License for ninety (90) days after the
expiration of the current County of San Bernardino License.
