A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ~ING OOUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO
FRANCHISE LICt~SE WITH C~MCAST CABLE T.V. FOR 30 DAYS
UPON EXPIRATION OF ~ LIC~I~SE WITHIN THE CITY OF
WHEREAS, the Franchise License granted to Comcast (~_ble T.V. by the
County of San Berna~ and grandfathered into the City of Rancho Cucamonga
will expire on April 10, 1991; and
WHEREAS, negotiations are ongoing between the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and ~t ~_ble T.V.; and
WHEREAS, all tarms and conditions of the current license will
continue the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to extend the Franchise License for 30 days after the
expiration of the current County of San Bernardino License.
