A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ~ING O0t~TY OF SAN BERNARDINO
FRANCHISE LICenSE WITH OC~CAST CABLE T.V. FOR 30 DAYS
UPON EXPIRATION OF CJRR~qT LICenSE ~ THE CITY OF
WHEREAS, the Fk-ancb_ise License granted to (km~ast ~ble T.V. by the
County of San Ber~ardir~ and grandfa~ into the City of Rancho Cucamonga
will expire on March 10, 1991; and
WHEREAS, negotiations are ongoing between the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and CUmcast Cable T.V.; and
WHEREAS, all terms and conditions of the current license will
continue the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to extend the Franchise License for 30 days after the
expiration of the current County of San Bernardir~ License.
