UPON EXPIRATION OF ~ LICenSE WITHIN T~E CITY OF

WHEREAS, negotiations are o~going between the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and O~ast Cable T.V.; and
WHfREAS, all terms and conditions of the current license will
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to extend tb~ Franchise Lioense for 30 days after the
expiration of the O~unty of San Bernardino,s granclfathered franchise agreement
to the City of Rancho ~.
