A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CAT.TFOf~qIA, APPROVING ~ AG~~
EXTHIqSION AND ]]~V]~{~T SEK~RITY FOR TRACT 13621
WHEREAS, the City Omancil of the City of Rancho Cucamon~a has for its
consideration an In~x~vem~lt Agreement Extension executed on January 2, 1991,
by Sahama Develofm~nt Co., Inc., as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real prope~ specifically described therein, and
generally located at the nc~th east oorner of Hillside Road and Hermosa
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to t_he terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo[mnent of said Tract 13621; ard
WHEREAS, said Ia~r~v{m~nt Agreement Extension is secured and
acommpanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, ~, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improv~nent Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Imp~t Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVfD, and ADOPTfD this 2nd day of January, 1991.

I, DW~RA J. ADAMS, CITY CL~RK of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 2nd day of
January, 1991.
