A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CAT.TFORNIA, ACCEPITNG THE PUBLIC IMPROV~M
~DR THE HAV~ AV~fOE ~%RY ~ OONTRACT 90-019 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FrLING OF A NOTICE OF OZ~5~I~ON FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for ~ne Haven Avenue
Entry Monument, Contract 90-019, have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of
the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVe), and ADOPI~D this 2nd day of Jan~mry, 1991.
