A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY ODUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RANCHO

EXT~qSION AND IMPI~OV)SM~ S~LITY FOR TRACT 13886 AND
PARCEL MAP 11394
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Impr~t A~jreement Extension executed on January 2, 1991,
by The Barmakian Co., as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real prop~ specifically described therein, and generally
located on the no~ corner of Etiwanda Avenue and Base T.ine Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Imp~t Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13886 and Parcel Map 11394; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are b~_reby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
