A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~K)
CJCAMONC4%, CALIFORN/3%, APPROVING ~ AG~FWM~T
EXT~SION AND ~ SECURITY FOR TRACT 13444
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga b~-~ for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on Jar~a~ 2, 1991,
by William Lyon Co., as developer, for the imprcv~ent of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the south side of Fairmont Way between Milliken Avenue and Kenyon
Way; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13444; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NCW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
