A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA APPROVING IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT MAP
16615
WHEREAS,Tract Map 16615(Phased Tract of Tentative Tract No. 15974)submitted
by Standard Pacific/Victoria Arbors, LLC located at the northwest corner of Long Meadow Drive
and Victoria Park Lane was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga on March 7, 2001 and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local
Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by Standard Pacific/Victoria Arbors,
LLC as Developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 151 day of December 2004
