A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING AN
AGREEMENT AND LIEN FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPER
FEES FROM PREMIERE RANCHO CUCAMONGA, 77 LTD, A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION
WHEREAS, an agreement and lien for payment of developer fees was recorded
in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on February 2, 2000 as Document No.
20000036048; and
WHEREAS, said agreement and lien for payment of developer fees is no longer
required.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it-resolved that the City Council-of the_City_of_Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said agreement and lien for payment of developer fees for
Tract 15814 and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Agreement and Lien to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October 2004.
