A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
FOR PUBLIC STREET IMPROVEMENTS AT 12979 SUMMIT
AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for
its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on February 4, 1998, by Gayle M. White
as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on 12979 Summit Avenue, east of Etiwanda Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
a single family home on 12979 Summit Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest
thereto.
