A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
94-39
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for
its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed by the Cucamonga County Water District
as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the north side of Ashford Street east of Center Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, are to be done in conjunction with the development
of said real property as referred to Planning Commission, Conditional Use Permit 94-39.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement Agreement be and
the same is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
