A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN
AGREEMENT, AND ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT FROM LOT 5 OF
TRACT MAP NO. 9306
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Resolution
No. 93-215 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on June 13, 1993, as Document
No. 93-537499; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is being replaced with
a Real Property Contract and Agreement and cash security.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California. The City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga hereby resolves to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and Agreement,
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
