A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHOCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
IMPROVEMENTSFOR CUP 95-19, LOCATED AT '11167 WHITE
BIRCH DRIVE AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements for CUP 95-19, located at 11167
White Birch Drive, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and,
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying work complete,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves,
that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of
Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1998.
