A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
IMPROVEMENTS FOR LIONS COMMUNITY CENTER EAST
RENOVATION, LOCATED AT 9t91 BASE LINE ROAD AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements for LIONS COMMUNITY CENTER
EAST RENOVATION, located at 9191 BASE LINE ROAD, have been completed to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer; and,
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is
complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1998.
