A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT (MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING) BETWEEN THE CITY AND SAN
BERNARDINO ASSOCIATED OF GOVERNMENTS (SANBAG)
FOR "EARLY CONSTRUCTION" OF ROUTE 30 IN THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration and execution an agreement covering issues such as construction staging, traffic,
road closures, utility relocations, dust control and graffiti, etc. during the construction of Route 30
through the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, to assist SANBAG in the award of their proposed State Route 30
Freeway, it is in the best interest of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to enter into said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Approve the execution of the agreement between SAN BAG and the
City of Rancho Cucamonga concerning "early construction items" of
State Route 30.
2. Authorize the Mayor to sign said Agreement and direct the City Clerk
to attest the same.
