A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER15083
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 15083 submitted by Karubian, and consisting
of 2_ parcels located on the south side of Jersey Boulevard, east of White Oak Avenue, being a
division of 10.06 acres was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, on February 11, 1998, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 15083 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Parcel Map offering for
dedication, for street, highway and related highway purposes, the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that the offers for dedication and the final map delineating
the same for said Parcel Map No. 15083 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized
to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
