A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE BUS
BAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD, EAST
OF HAVEN AVENUE, CONTRACT NO. 04-070 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Bus Bay on the South Side of Foothill Boulevard, East of Haven
Avenue, Contract No. 04-070, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
complete. WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5`h day of January 2005.
