A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
FOR DRC2002-00132
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,California, has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on January 19, 2005, by 6`h and Cleveland,
T.I.C., as Developer, for the improvement of the public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located at the northeast corner of 6`h Street and
Cleveland Avenue; and
WHEREAS,said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied bygood and
sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement, be and the same is approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good and sufficient,
subject to approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19'h day of January 2005.
