The responsibility of adjusting manhole covers, paving repair and having replacement in cora- vection with sewer and water installations will be the responsibility of the owner, and shall be accomplished in compliance with appurtenant ordinances. 2. Any contractor performing work on this project shall familiarize himself with the site, and shall be solely responsible for any damage to existing facilitiesresulting directly or in- directly from his operations, whether or not such facilities are shown on the plans. 3.
