A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
FOR DRC2004-00444
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on February2,2005, by Winstar Development,
as Developer, for the improvements of the public right-of-way generally located at 6944 East
Avenue; and
WHEREAS,all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval have now
been met by entry into.an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security
by Winstar Development, as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of The City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security submitted by said
developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest is
hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of February 2005.
