A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
COMPLETION OF TERMINATION OF TEMPORARY
EASEMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF RANCHO AMIGOS
INVESTORS, LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY
COMPANY AND DEARDEN PROPERTIES, A CALIFORNIA
GENERAL PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, an Agreement for Temporary Drainage Easement was recorded in
Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on November 10, 1987 as Document No.
87-400931; and
WHEREAS, said agreement is no longer required based upon the completion of
the Day Creek Channel and related improvements and was determined that there is no longer a
threat of flooding on said location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause
Release of Agreement to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16`h day of February 2005.
