A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY ENGINEER TO ACCEPT A GRANT OF A STORM DRAIN
EASEMENT FROM SAN BERNARDINO ASSOCIATED
GOVERNMENTS, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS THEREON, AND THE CITY ENGINEER IS
AUTHORIZED TO PRESENT SAME TO THE COUNTY
RECORDER TO BE FILED FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has previously approved Tentative Tract
16716 with the condition that a master plan storm drain facility be installed in San Bernardino
Associated Governments' property, between subject site and East Avenue; and
WHEREAS, San Bernardino Associated Governments has executed a grant of a
storm drain easement, subject to terms and conditions that preserve their rights to operate
within and across said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, hereby
resolves as follows: That said Easement submitted by San Bernardino Associated Governments
be the same, and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said Easement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15`" day of September 2004.
