A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE
DEPUTY CITY MANAGER, FINANCE OFFICER, AND FIRE
CHIEF TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION
FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING FEDERAL AND STATE
ASSISTANCE FROM VARIOUS COMPETITIVE GRANT
PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga actively seeks all opportunities for
federal and state assistance through competitive grant programs; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate forms must be on file with federal and state
agencies to obtain reimbursements from competitive grant programs.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga that the
Deputy City Manager, or Finance Officer, or Fire Chief is hereby authorized to execute for an in
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, a public entity established under the laws of the State
of California, all documentation to such competitive grant programs the assurances and
agreements required.
