A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REAL
PROPERTY CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM JOHN
C. AND STEPHANIE J. LARSON AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for the construction
of public improvements in conjunction with building permit issuance, and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, pavement, drive
approach, street trees, street lights established as a prerequisite to issuance of a
building permit for 8887 Hidden Farm Road has been met by entry into a Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by John C. and Stephanie J. Larson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same,
and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder, of San
Bernardino County, California.
