A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
IMPROVEMENTS IN PHASE 3A OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES
DISTRICT 2003-01, INCLUDING STREET, STORM DRAIN,
WATER MAIN, TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND FIBER OPTIC
CONDUITS, CONTRACT NO. 03-135 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Improvements in Phase 3A of Community Facilities District
2003-01, Including Street, Storm Drain, Water Main, Traffic Signals and Fiber Optic Conduits,
Contract No. 03-135, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
