C. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
This is the time and place for the general public to address the City Council and Community Foundation. State
law prohibits the Council and Community Foundation from addressing any issue not previously included on the
agenda. The Council and Community Foundation may receive testimony and set the matter for a subsequent
meeting. Comments are to be limited to five minutes per individual.
