A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING TRACT MAP
NUMBER 14759-1
WHEREAS,Tract 14759-1 submitted by Pulte Homes consisting of 95 single family
lots and 1-lettered lot for a City Park located at Wardman Bullock Road and Wilson Avenue was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga for the development of
358 single family lots on November 10, 1999 and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map
Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by the entry into an Improvement
Agreement on November 3, 2004 with Pulte Homes, as developer; and
WHEREAS,said Developer submits forapproval said Tract Map 14759-1 offering for
dedication, for street, highway and related purposes, the streets delineated thereon and the
easements dedicated thereon for storm drain, sidewalk, street tree and landscape purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that with said Improvement Agreement and Improvement
Security previously submitted by said developer and approved and signed by the Mayor, then said
Tract Map 14759-1 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
