A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION UPHOLDING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DIRECTOR'S DECISION TO DENY MINOR SUBDIVISION
NO. 77-0698-I TO CREATE THIRTEEN (13) INDUSTRIAL
LOTS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH-
EAST CORNER OF TURNER AVENUE AND SAN BERNARDINO
ROAD
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of November, 1978, the Rancho
Cucamonga Planning Cormuission held a meeting to consider the above des-
cribed project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission
resolved as follows:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the subdivision is inconsistent with
a specific plan of development of the Cuca-
monga Creek flood channel.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1978.
