A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLJkNNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDING AMENDMENT TO CITY
COUNCIL ORDINANCE NO. 8, PARK AND RECREATION
TAX, WI~ICH AMENDS SECTIONS 7, 8, 9 AND 10
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of December, 1979, the Planning Commission held a
public meeting to discuss changes to the Park and Recreation Ordinance relative
to tax credits; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has great concern with the current Section
7 of Ordinance 8 and the confusing language and intent.
SECTION 1: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The Planning Commission hereby recommends City
Council approve amendment of Ordinance 8, Sections
7 to eliminate it in its entirety.
2. That the Planning Commission recommends City Council
amend Section 8 to read "Section 7", Section 9 to read
"Section 8", Section t0 to read "Section 9".
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution and related
material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission
shall be forwarded to the City Council.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced,
passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga at
a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 12th day of December, 1979
by the following vote to-wit:
AYES: COMMISSIONERS: DAHL, JONES, GARCIA, TOLSTOY, RMMPEL
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
