A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA pLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING SITE APPROVAL NO. 79-20 LOCATED AT 12459 ARROW
ROUTE FOR USE OF AN INTERIM OFFICE TRAILER.
WHEREAS, on November 19, 1979, a formal application was submitted requesting
review of the above described project; and
WHEREAS, on November 28, 1979, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised
public hearing for the above described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the site is adequate in size and shape
2. That the site has adequate access.
3. That the proposed use will have no adverse effect
on the abutting property.
4. That the proposed use is consistent with the proposed
General Plan.
5. That the conditions listed in this report are necessary
to protect the public health, safety, comfort,
convenience, and general welfare.
SECTION 2: That Site Approval No. 79-20 is approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. That all provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and all other
applicable City codes be complied with.
2. That the trailer be placed in accordance with the exhibits
and plans on file in the Planning Division.
3. That the trailer is approved for a two (2) year period
beginning from the date of Installation.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced,
passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga at
a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 29th day of November, 1979,
by the following vote to-wit:
