A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION WITHDRAWING AND DENYING CERTAIN
AMENDMENTS TO THE ADOPTED INTERIM LAND USE,
CIRCULATION AND PUBLIC FACILITIES ELEMENT OF
THE RANCHOICUCAMONGA GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the City has established the 2nd meeting in September as the 1979
~neral Plan Amendment hearing da~e for Planning Commission review,~a~d~
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held duly advertised
public hearings on September 26th, October'10th and October 24th, and;
WHEREAS, comments were heard and considered both pro and con regarding the
requested General Plan Amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission
does hereby deny General Plan Amendment 79-03G and withdraw General Plan Amendments
79-03B, 79-03C, 'and 79-03H.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1979.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced,
passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga at
a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 14th day of November,
1979 by the following vote to-wit:
