A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING SITE APPROVAL NO. 79-16
LOCATED AT 8968 ARCHIBALD
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1979, a formal application was submitted
requesting review of the above described project; and
WHEREAS, on August 8, 1979, the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing for the above described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the site is adequate in size and shape.
2. That the site has adequate access.
3. That the proposed use will have no adverse effect
on abutting property.
4.That the proposed use is consistent with the pro-
posed General Plan.
5. That the conditions listed in this report are
necessary to protect the public health, safety,
comfort, convenience, and general welfare.
SECTION 2: That this project will not create significant adverse
impacts on the environment and a Negative Declaration is ismaed on
August 8, 1979.
SECTION 3: That Site Approval No. 79-16 is approved subject to the
following conditions:
1. Conditions and requirements of the Foothill Fire
District be complied with.
2. The placement of the trailers be in conformance
with the approved site plan.
3. The trailers will be removed within 2 years from
the date of this approval (August 8, 1981). If
permanent Buildings are to be constructed, then
appropriate city review 'shall begin well before the
two year expiration date.
4. Ail building code requirements shall be complied with
and necessary~ building permits obtained from the City
Building Division.

regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga at a regular meeting of the Planning Commis-
sion held on the 8th day of August, 1979.
