HomeMy WebLinkAbout79-49 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 79-49 A RESOLUTION OF THE ~RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING SITE APPROVAL NO. 79-13 FOR AN INDUSTRIAL MEDICINE CENTER TO BE LOCATED ON TI%E NORTHWEST CORNER OF 7TH AND ARCHIBALD WITHIN THE M-R ZONE (ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NOS. 209-171-16 AND 209-171-17 WHEREAS~ on May 18, 1979, a formal application was submitted requesting review of the above described project; and WHEREAS, on June 27, 197R, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public hearing for the above described project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made: 1. That the site is adequate in size and shape. 2. That the site has adequate access. 3. That the proposed use will have no adverse effect on abutting property. 4. That the proposed use is consistent with the GenEral Plan. 5. That the conditions listed in this report are necessary to protect the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare. SECTION 2; That Site Approval No. 79-13 is approved subject, to the following conditions: 1. That the user shall sign a statement indicating that the possible use of a medical industrial clinic shall not be expanded into a family practice. Such state- ment shall be reviewed and approved by the Director of Community Development. 2. That the Planning Commission may review'.the appli- cation at any time the conditions of approval are not being met or that the site becomes a problem in regard to traffic or parking for the center. 3. The use is approved only for the northern end of Building "G", 3264 square feet. 4. Signing shall be in accordance with the Uniform Sign Program. 5. That the development shall meet all state Department of Health and Fire Marshall requirements. 6. Ten parking spaces shall be located on the east side of the building and shall be labeled "for medical use only". Further, that at least two handicapped spaces shall be provided as close to the entrance of the building as possible. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 27TH DAY OF JUNE, 1979.
