A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
PLANNING COMMISSION STATING THE PLANNING
COMMISSION'S REQUIREMENTS FOR PLAN SUBMITTALS
FOR REVIEW BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has expressed their desire for improved
director review, site approval or location and development plans for review by
the Planning Commission, and;
WHEREAS, previous plans submitted for review by the Planning Commission
have not depicted proposed developments with enough illustration and graphics
for the Planning Commission to adequately evaluate the project, and;
WHEREAS, the staff needs direction f,rom the Planning Commission regarding
the requirements for plan submittals for review by the Planning Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby
find:
SECTION 1: A. That no item will be placed on an agenda for a Planning
Commission meeting unless all requirements of Section
2 are met.
SECTION 2: A. That the applicant shall provide for Planning Commission
review as part of his application package:
1. Colored illustrative site plan including, but not
limited to, trees, buildings, ground cover, shadows,
paving and other data as may be necessary to
illustrate the plan (see Exhibit A).
2. Colored illustrative elevations including, but
not limited to, the building elevations depicting
trees, shrubs, shadows, building materials (see
Exhibit B).
3. Colored illustrative sections, if determined
necessary by the Planning staff, to depict a
particular situation.
4. 8~" X 14" building materials board including a
sample of the proposed materials displayed in the
same fashion as they would appear on the building.
5. 8" X 10" transparency reductions of Section 2A
1, 2&3.
6. Clear drawings and notes of detailed site plan,
preliminary grading plan and elevations (see
Exhibit C).
7. General vicinity map indicating cross streets,
and landmarks.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 28th day of March, 1979, by the following vote
to-wit:
AYES: COMMISSIONERS: DAHL, TOLSTOY, JONES, GARCIA, REMPEL
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
