HomeMy WebLinkAbout79-25 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 79-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION DELETING SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 9589 - BATES WHEREAS, on the 17th day of April, 1978, a request for deletion of specific conditions of approval for Tract 9589 was filed for review of the above described project; and WHEREAS, on the 14th day of March, 1979, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above described project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PI~NNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made: 1. That the proposed map is consistent with appli- cable general and specific plans. 2. That the design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with applicable general and specific plans. 3. That the site is physically suitable for the type of development. 4. That the site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. 5. That the design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. 6. That the design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is not likely to cause serious public health problems. 7. That the design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at large, for access through or use of, property within the proposed subdivision. SECTION 2: That all previously County approved conditions df Tract 9589 shall apply except for those listed below: 1. A standard 26' paved section shall be constructed on proposed Sierra Vista including offsite easement to properly handle vehicular traffic and drainage through this area. 2. Sierra Vista shall be offered for dedication with proper setback lines established for future construc- tion of standard street. 3. Typical section of Proposed "A" Street shall be to Collector Standards. SECTION 3: That Tract 9589 is approved subject to the following additional condition: 1. That a fire lane between Lots 18 and 19, as indi- cated on the map, will be providDd to the specifica- tions of the City Engineer and as agreed to in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Tract. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF MARCH, 1979 PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA REMPEL, Chai~r~Jn /~ Secretary of the Planning Commission I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commis- sion held on the 14th day of March, 1979, by the following vote to-wit: AYES: COMMISSIONERS: GALICIA, TOLSTOY, DAHL, JONES, REMPEL NOES: COMMISSIONERS: NONE ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
