A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 87-05
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
September 6, 1989, by Cross and Crown Lutheran Church as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located at 6723 Etiwanda Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Conditional Use Permit No. 87-05; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are approved and the Mayor is authorized
to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 19899.
