A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 10035 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS~ the construction of public improvements for Tract 10035 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREASj a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW~ THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized
to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1989.
