A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCH~
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM PAUL F.
McMICHAEL AND CHERYL A. McMICHAEL
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 86-128 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from Paul F. McMichael and Cheryl A. McMichael; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on June
9, 1986 as Document No. 86-150123; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer
required.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement and
that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1989.
