A RESIOLUTION OF' THE .CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP. NUMBER 11671,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 11671), REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map NoJ 11671, submitted by Mission Land
Company, and consisting of 26 parcels, located between 4th and 6th Streets and
between'.Buffalo and Pittsburgh Avenues, being a division of 97.96 acres into
26 parcels within the General Industrial District was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on September 14, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 11671 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security, Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Mission
Land Company as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement
Security and said Lien Agreement submitted by said developer be and the same
are approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
and Lien Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City
Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map No. 11671 be and the same is
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1989.
