A RESOLUT!ON'OF~THE 'CITY ~OUN~IL OF T~E'CITY OF RANCHO
CUCA~tONGA, cALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL.
ASSESSMENT INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR ll~E ETIWANDA/SAN SEVAINE AREA MASTER PLAN
OF DRAINAGE REPORT -~
WHEREAS, the Etiwanda/San Sevaine Area Master Plan of Drainage Report
shall be subject to comply with the California Environmental Quality ACt
necessary to protect, rehabilitate and enhance the environmental quality of
· the' State; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration all the available inputs and has reviewed same concerning the
Etiwanda/San Sevaine Area Master Plan of Drainage Report
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
approves the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Negative
Declaration for the Etiwanda/San Sevaine Area Master Plan of Drainage Report
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Determina-
tion pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
