A ~ESOLUTION OF THE CITY couNcIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPRO,VING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 9498
HAVEN AVENUE AND PARCEL MAP 9498 FOURTH STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on August 2, 1989, by Reiter-Rinker Gateway as developer, for the
improvemen% of public rig~t-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the northeast corner of Haven
Avenue and Fourth Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 9498 Haven Avenue and
Parcel Map 9498 Fourth Street; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamenga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are approved and the Mayor is
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1989.
