A RESOLUTION OF THE .CITY COUNCIL .OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA,~ APP. ROVI.NG IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NOS.
87-19 AND 87-20
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
August 2, 1989, by Indumar Investments, Inc., as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the north and south side of Sharon
Circle, east of Hermosa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Review Nos. 87-19 and 87-20; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
be and the same are approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City
Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1989.
