- CUCAMONGA~ CAbIFORNI.A,.-APPROV~NG PARCEL MAP NUMBER 11891,.
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 11891), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,.
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 11891, submitted by O'Donnell
Armstrong & Partners, and consisting of 24 parcels, located on the south side
o~..Arrow Route,.north of the A..·T. & S. F. Railroad tracks and west of
Rochester--Avenue~ being· a. division of 131.03 acres into 24 parcels was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on
December 28, 1989; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 11891 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map;and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by O'Donnell Armstrong & Partners as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are approved
and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that said
Parcel Map No. 11891 be and the same is approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 1989.
